Add $300/mo, plus $30/mo per additional active location. Tracks outstanding patient balances, reconciles patient payments, flags balances that need staff attention, and posts resolved balances to your books. Nielo automates patient-balance workflows; it does not perform insurance claims submission or outsourced RCM services.
Service-line Revenue Reporting
Add $250/mo, plus $25/mo per additional active location. Splits each location's revenue by service line (the kind of care behind each CPT code) instead of one revenue line per location, so the P&L shows every location's income by level of care.

An active location is each facility on your claims that was billed or paid during the month, on cash and accrual books alike. Nielo meters it automatically each month.
When is a location considered active?
A location counts for the month when a claim for that facility was billed or paid that month, whether your books are on cash or accrual. The count comes from your own data automatically.
Is advisor support included?
Yes. Every plan includes an assigned Nielo advisor for implementation, mapping, and close-workflow guidance.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Moving from cash to accrual is a guided transition scheduled for the start of a period, and either add-on can be turned on or off.
What about contract terms and implementation fees?
Commercial terms are confirmed with each pilot in writing. Ask before you commit and we'll put everything in front of you.
