Pilot pricing
Priced by locations. Metered automatically.
Pick one accounting basis, add patient balance automation if you want it. Every base price covers your first five active locations.
Cash Basis
First five active locations included, then $90/mo per additional active location.
Accrual Basis
First five active locations included, then $150/mo per additional active location.
Patient Balance Automation
Add $300/mo, plus $30/mo per additional active location. Tracks outstanding patient balances, reconciles patient payments, flags balances that need staff attention, and posts resolved balances to your books. Nielo automates patient-balance workflows; it does not perform insurance claims submission or outsourced RCM services.

An active location is a practice location that billed or received a payment during the month; on cash basis, only locations that were paid. Nielo meters it automatically each month. No manual counts, no custom deals.
When is a location considered active?
A location counts for the month when it billed or received a payment in your billing data; on cash basis, only when it was paid. The count comes from your own data automatically.
Is advisor support included?
Yes. Every plan includes an assigned Nielo advisor for implementation, mapping, and close-workflow guidance.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Moving from cash to accrual is a guided transition scheduled for the start of a period, and the patient balance add-on can be turned on or off.
What about contract terms and implementation fees?
Commercial terms are confirmed with each pilot in writing. Ask before you commit and we'll put everything in front of you.
What does the free trial cost?
Nothing, and it does not ask for a card. Trials open in order, so joining the waitlist is the first step; the terms of your trial are confirmed in writing before it starts.
