Where the current policy is

A separate, older website privacy policy used to live at this address. It has been retired so that there is exactly one set of privacy representations rather than two that can drift apart. For the current Nielo Privacy Policy, or for a copy of the policy in force on any earlier date, email [email protected] and we will send it.

What has not changed

This website still does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and it does not collect patient information. Our product demo runs entirely on synthetic data. Please do not include patient information in the trial waitlist form, the demo form, or in email.

Customer application data is governed by each customer's service agreement and, where one is in place, their Business Associate Agreement.
